The Official Journal no. 10 dated 13 January 2017 has published the Legislative Decree 16 December 2016, no. 257 “Supplementary Directive 2014/94/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 22 October 2014 on the deployment of alternative fuels infrastructure”. The provision is in force since 14 January 2017.
