On 1 June 2017, the Ministry of Justice has expressed its suitable opinion towards the Code of Conduct promoted from Assocostieri pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 231/01 dealing with the predisposition related to the models for organization and management of the entities.
